In addition to our full-time and part-time staff our leadership includes four boards of volunteer lay people that help the church and school to operate smoothly.

 

The boards include:

Board of Lay Ministry — Men appointed to serve with the Pastor in areas of spiritual life, support the office of pastoral ministry, and concern themselves with spiritual advancement of the congregation.

 

Governing Board — Men and women appointed to manage the day-to-day operations of the congregation by coordinating and providing motivation for ministry as planned by the congregation.

 

Board of Christian Education — Men and women appointed to plan and administer the school ministry of the congregation by selecting, overseeing, and supporting the school’s administrative and teaching staff.

 

Board of Discipleship — Men and women appointed through various “commissions” (stewardship, family life, youth, outreach, and fellowship) to create, support, and oversee internal and external ministry opportunities at St. Peter.
