Walk in Fellowship
Come join us!
We walk with Leslie Sanson’s walk tapes, using four basic steps. You can go at whatever pace works best for you.
You’ll love how you feel afterward. Let’s get fit mentally, physically, and spiritually!
Let’s move – 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you which you have from God, and that you are not your own?

Faith Legacy
Coming Soon…Faith Legacy
Please join us on Sunday, May 18 from 2-3:30pm in the multi-purpose room to hear more about this exciting new ministry!
- What is Faith Legacy? Faith Legacy is a family ministry curriculum that helps parents be effective spiritual nurturers in the home from birth through high school.
- Why use Faith Legacy? Faith Legacy allows us as a congregation to be intentional in supporting families as they take steps in spiritual growth as a family.
- How does Faith Legacy Work? Parents and children meet together in a combination of classes, seminars, and retreats. The entire church celebrates with and supports families at a Blessing Event.
- When will Faith Legacy begin? The goal is to have four Faith Legacy events throughout the next year.
The 4 Stages we will start with:
* Summer 2014 – Leaving Home with a Faith that Sticks – for parents and students who graduated in 2013 and will graduate in 2014.
* Fall 2014 – Blessed with God’s Word – for parents and students in 3rd and 4th grades
* Winter 2015 – Blessed to Serve Others – for parents and students in 1st and 2nd grades
* Spring 2015 – Giving the Legacy of Faith to Your Child – for parents of young children
* Events for other ages and grade levels will be planned to take place in 2015 and 2016.
How can I be involved? Pray and Volunteer. Please keep this new calling in your prayers as we ask for God’s blessing to be upon our efforts to support families. Faith Legacy also provides numerous opportunities to serve our Lord with a variety of talents and skills. More details about serving will be available as each event is being planned. A Faith Legacy planning meeting will be held in mid May or early June. Please watch the bulletin, website, and Facebook page for more information. Please prayerfully consider coming to that meeting to find out more about this incredible calling.
Where can I learn more? Attend the information meeting on Sunday, May 18 from 2-3:30pm and at www.kidskountpublishing.com/free-curriculum/family-ministry/
