we are wasting away,  yet inwardly
we are being renewed day by day.

The next Recharge gathering will be on
Sunday, November 28 at 5:37pm in the cafetorium.
We'll finish before the voter's meeting.

COME JOIN US to RECHARGE YOUR FAITH

Recharge began in August 2009 as a monthly prayer and praise gathering. We gather together for songs, prayer, and a video or skit topic followed by discussion. We’ve done topics on forgiveness, thanksgiving, Christian priorities, and America the Beautiful. We’ve also done service projects such as making cards for our servicemen and women.

Why the name “Recharge”? The name came from a phrase used in a sermon last summer about spending time with God in Word and prayer.

Is Recharge a worship service? No. Recharge is not a worship service. It is simply a time to gather together and be “Recharged” in our faith as we continue to live the lives God called us to live.

Why the strange starting time? Simply to get people’s attention! Recharge generally lasts about an hour.

Is Recharge just for Youth? Absolutely not! Recharge is for everyone who wants to gather with other Christian to “recharge” their faith. We’ve had people of all ages at Recharge!

A date and time change is being made. Generally, we are going to have Recharge on the last Sunday evening of the month beginning at 6:37 p.m.   Why the change? To allow people to be reminded of Recharge on a Sunday morning. The time change will allow people to get home earlier, especially on a night before work and school.

"I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13

"...but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31

"I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you - the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the syn will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm - he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore." Psalm 121
