LYF Leaders

Chris and Robyn Lambert

Chris and Robyn have been the LYF Leaders since 2005. They were married in 2004 and were blessed with a little girl in 2008. Chris is a farmer and Robyn is a stay at home mom. Chris enjoys Chicago Bears football and Robyn likes to scrapbook. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

About LYF

LYF (Lutheran Youth Fellowship) is the high school youth group (for youth in 9-12 grades) at St. Peter Lutheran Church. We meet monthly on a Sunday evening from 6:00-7:30pm in the youth room.

In addition to our monthly meetings we have an annual lock-in each fall. Each November we attend the Indiana District Youth Gathering (IDYG) in Indianapolis. We are looking forward to attending the 2010 National Youth Gathering in New Orleans. Every summer we help with the Bass Lake Drive-in service. There are additional activities for young people to particiapte in each year and a variety of fundraisers to help youth attend Gatherings.

Upcoming Events

LYF will be hosting our first High School Q&A on Sunday, August 15 at 5:00pm in the youth room. This is a time that incoming freshmen & parents will be able to ask questions about what high school is like. Current high school students and parents will be there to answer questions.

LYF will meet on Sunday, August 15 from 6-7:30pm in the youth room. This will follow the HS Q&A. LYF will meet while the Opening Service for the Lutheran School is going on.

The LYF Lock-in will be coming up in the next couple of months!
